Due to popular demand, we've extended our virtual event series and are excited to continue the conversation with thousands of event professionals on Pandemic Compliance and Safety at Live Events.
So far we’ve covered public health, legal and event best practices, as well as the 2021 event planning playbook. Now it's time to address the next big question: How much is hosting a safe live event going to cost?
Register now and join us on Thursday, May 20th and follow along as we discuss what an event budget looks like in 2021. The session will be hosted in the Main Auditorium of our Event Farm Echo virtual campus, and live streamed via Zoom. Virtual doors open at 1:00pm EDT and the session begins at 1:15pm EDT.
(Note: Each session in the virtual series requires registration. Link to join the live stream will be emailed to registrants the morning of the event.)
I really enjoyed the straightforward and upfront conversation. We don't have all the answers but your perspective was so helpful!!!
Wonderful information. Thank you for being generous and sharing it.
So far, the topics have exceeded my expectations --- in part, because this pandemic has put us all in unchartered waters. I'm grateful that you all have ventured into the unknown for all of us
It depends! We have a few virtual campuses and each campus has its own application. The event will take place at The Event Farm Echo campus. As long as the application's icon on your desktop looks like the one below with an arrow, you should be good to go! Simply open it to join us
Do I need any specific hardware to attend the event?
Just a desktop computer or laptop (PC or Mac) that can install applications and has access to the internet. We also strongly encourage the use of a headset or headphones with a built-in microphone to avoid sound feedback when you are talking with others
